TARP Spending

	SEC. GEITHNER ON TARP SPENDING Thursday Treasury Sec. Tim Geithner testified before the Congressional panel overseeing the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). The panel reviewed the findings of a TARP year-end study, which credits the program with "stopping an economic panic," yet still cites ongoing problems.
